Web 2.0
Definition: This is the second generation of the web, allowing users to interact with the web through participation and collaboration, rather that just observing the information, as in web 1.0, they are able to contribute and edit content. This developed through the convergence of medias of communication networks, content media and computing information technology.

YouTube
You tube is a good example of Web 2.0, as it allows users to create profile accounts, veiw and upload home made videos, and socially interact.
Facebook
Face book allows users to interact with each other, share images and music, join groups and promote themselves.
Wikipedia
Wikipedia is a online encylopedia that allows users to contribute to the information by editing content. However this has lowered wikipedias credibility, as anyone can write what they desire on a subject.
